The Pure English Alpaca Company grants you permission to temporarily download one copy of the materials contained on this website for your own personal, non-commercial use. Under this license you may not:

Shipping & Handling

A delivery charge of £2.50 to £4.00 will be charged on all orders inside the United Kingdom. Delivery is provided by the Royal Mail and will be dispatched first class. We aim to dispatch all orders within five working days of placement, subject to stock availability. Please allow 6 – 8 working days for delivery. We do not deliver or dispatch orders on Sundays or public holidays.

Please note that postage and packaging is non refundable. We would also advise you to obtain proof of postage when returning goods as we are unable to claim responsibility for any items lost in transport

Card Security

Security is one of the primary concerns of the online shopper. The Pure English Alpaca Company use the WorldPay payment system. Certified by Thawte, a public Certificate Authority, all transactions are protected by a 128 bit encryption and any communication between the shopper and Worldpay is also encrypted.

Product Specification

Alpaca yarn is a unique yarn which has to date only been used infrequently in the United Kingdom. Variations in the finished product may arise as a result of slight colour variations in the natural colouring of the alpaca yarn and the hand finishing process used in manufacturing of the products. As such, we cannot guarantee that every product displayed on-line is identical to the one you receive. Additionally, while every effort is made to produce garments that are correctly sized for babies and children of the size described online, there maybe some incidents where delivered product is found to be either too small or too large for the intended user.

Guarantee

If you are unhappy with your product then we will offer you a hassle-free refund, exchange or replacement. Just return your product within 14 days in its original packaging. Please note that the product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your p e a products, we offer a hassle free returns policy. Return your unworn product in its original packaging and condition within 14 days. Damaged or lost items

If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, we will replace the goods to an equal value or offer a full refund after a full investigation with Royal Mail has been carried out. Damaged or lost orders must be reported to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
